Gerardo is a partner of the firm. His broad domestic and cross-border practice focuses primarily on mergers & acquisitions, private equity, financing, restructuring and capital markets.

 

Gerardo has broad experience representing companies, entrepreneurs, private equity funds, strategic buyers and minority shareholders in M&A, joint ventures and other corporate transactions.
